CGI Semiconductor Ceramic Cleaning Process is as followed: Unit arrives, tagged, inspected, setup in prep room, depending on deposition (bake out/chemical/mechanical or heat process), rinsed, reinspected for out of tolerance parts, final clean/IPA, wipedown, 3rd inspection, cleanroom, inspection, out the door per inpection label. This process extends the quartz End of Life creating Company Cost Savings.
