CGI's overall process is as followed; The unit arrives, tagged, inspection, setup prep room, depending on deposition (bake out/chemical/mechanical or heat process) , rinse, inspection for out of tolerance parts, final clean/IPA wipedown, inspection, cleanroom, inspection, out the door per inpection label. Fire Polishing - Glazes Glass to remove scratches and cloudiness. Sand Blasting
